How to Order
JoyRox® collections are available exclusively to approved studio accounts.
Step 1: Request a Studio Account
Complete the Studio Account Request Form on the JoyRox® website. All applications are reviewed to verify that the applicant is a qualified dance studio, dance program, or authorized organization.
Step 2: Account Approval
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions to activate your account and access the JoyRox® Studio Portal. Approval times may vary, but most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Step 3: Log In to the Studio Portal
Approved account holders may log in to the Studio Portal to view the current collection, product details, sizing information, pricing, and ordering materials.
Step 4: Submit Your Order
Orders may be placed directly through the Studio Portal during the active ordering window. Customers are responsible for reviewing all measurements, quantities, sizes, and selections before submitting an order.
Ordering Window
The JoyRox® Performance Collection 2026 ordering window is open through October 10, 2026.
All orders must be submitted by the ordering deadline. Because JoyRox® collections are limited-edition and produced based on orders received during the ordering window, styles may not be available after the order deadline has passed.
Payment Terms
After an order is submitted, JoyRox® will review and confirm the order. Once confirmed, an invoice will be issued and payment is due immediately.
Orders are not released to production until payment has been received in full. Failure to submit payment may result in production delays or cancellation of the order.
Payments are securely processed through the JoyRox® Studio Portal using Uphance Payments. Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law. Studios that qualify for sales tax exemption must provide a valid resale or tax exemption certificate when applying for an account.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all JoyRox® products are made to order and production planning begins immediately following the ordering window, order changes, additions, or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before submitting their order.
JoyRox® operates differently from traditional costume companies. Rather than carrying inventory year-round, each JoyRox® collection is offered during a limited ordering window and produced specifically for approved studio accounts after orders are placed.
The JoyRox® Performance Collection 2026 is available for ordering through October 10, 2026. Once the ordering window closes, styles are removed from the sale. This limited-order model allows JoyRox® to offer exclusive limited-edition collections.
Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed. Orders will not be submitted for production until payment has been received and processed.
Because all products are made to order, changes, additions, cancellations, or adjustments may not be possible once an order has been submitted.
Production begins after the order window closes and all orders have been finalized. Estimated delivery for the 2026 collection is December 2026.
Shipping is included with every JoyRox® order. No additional freight or shipping charges will be added to qualifying orders within the continental United States unless otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.
While JoyRox® strives to meet all published production and delivery timelines, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including material availability, manufacturing delays, shipping carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the JoyRox® limited-edition ordering model, production schedule, and estimated delivery timeline.
All JoyRox® products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because production begins based on your order, all sales are final.
Customers are responsible for obtaining accurate measurements and selecting the appropriate size using the JoyRox® size charts. JoyRox® is not responsible for sizing selections made by the customer, and returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for items ordered in the incorrect size.
Upon delivery, all products should be inspected promptly. Any manufacturing defects, incorrect items, shortages, shipping concerns, or order discrepancies must be reported to JoyRox® within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this inspection period may not be eligible for review.
If a manufacturing defect or order error is verified by JoyRox®, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue. To be eligible for review, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Because all products are made to order, JoyRox® does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Customer sizing selections
Changes of mind
Performance cancellations
Ordering errors made by the customer
Variations in color appearance due to screen, monitor, or print settings
Minor production variations that do not affect the overall fit, function, or appearance of the garment
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a positive experience. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at hello@lovejoyrox.com, and our team will work with you to review and resolve the matter.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Orders will not be released to production until full payment has been received. JoyRox reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or product description errors.
ACCOUNT APPROVAL
All accounts are subject to approval. JoyRox collections are available exclusively to approved studio accounts.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
All JoyRox products are made to order. Production will begin once full payment has been received. Because products are manufactured specifically for each order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order has been confirmed and released to production.
SIZING & MEASUREMENTS
Customers are responsible for obtaining accurate measurements and selecting sizes using the applicable JoyRox size chart. Size charts are provided as a guide, and fit may vary based on individual body proportions and preferences. JoyRox is not responsible for sizing selections made by the customer.
COLORS & PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Product colors may vary slightly from digital images, printed materials, and physical samples due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, fabric dye lots, and manufacturing processes. While every effort is made to ensure consistency, slight variations in color and measurements may occur.
ORDER REVIEW
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including styles, colors, quantities, personalization, and sizes, prior to submitting an order. Submission of an order constitutes acceptance of all order details.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping charges include freight and handling. Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed. JoyRox is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
INSPECTION OF GOODS
Customers should inspect all products upon receipt and notify JoyRox of any shipping or manufacturing concerns within 7 days of delivery.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because all JoyRox products are made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted except in the case of approved manufacturing defects or order discrepancies reported within 7 days of delivery.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
JoyRox's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product(s). JoyRox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.
